1. Identify the exact projector architecture
Separate Bi-LED, laser-assisted and other projector routes by the actual model specification. Similar housings do not guarantee identical optical systems.
2. Request beam evidence
Ask for low-beam, high-beam, cutoff and laser-assisted evidence where applicable to the exact model. Keep marketing language secondary to visible verification.
3. Confirm installation and electrical data
Review lens size, dimensions, voltage and installation requirements against the target retrofit or aftermarket application.
4. Add OEM and commercial requirements
For B2B programs, include quantity, target market, packaging, branding and sample/QC requirements in the same RFQ.
