3. Check installation and electrical context
Confirm the intended installation route, voltage requirements and physical constraints against the exact model data. These details should be resolved before sample approval.
4. Build the commercial brief
Add estimated quantity, branding or packaging requirements, target market and any sample or QC questions. A structured brief reduces back-and-forth during quotation.
